Captura Backend

This is a pulumi template in case you easily want to roll out a captura compatible backend that posts to S3.

You'll need to edit Pulumi.production.yaml and populate with your values and then run pulumi preview to make sure that everything is ok and pulumi up

Changing Region

If you want to run it anywhere but on us-east-1, you'll have to change the certificate generation to use the right provider.
